There has been some changes of our meetings in the past year. The following are some information/rules concerning our monthly meetings.

All members of the Southwest TN Realty Group are invited to attend the monthly luncheons. Guest are limited to the monthly Speaker, Sponsor and any prospective real estate company's brokers and affiliate brokers.

Time: Third Thursday of each month
a. Starts at 12:00 noon and ends
1:15 pm

Sponsor: will donate at least $350 to provide for the lunch.

Speaker: Questions for the speaker will be limited to after the meeting or later by phone. The speakers' subject matter should be relating to the real estate business. Limit of 20 minutes for the speaker.

NOTE: LENDING INSTITUTIONS MAY BE THE SPONSOR BUT NOT THE SPEAKER.

Each office's contact person is to inform the new administrative assistant, Diana Phillip at 731-689-8000, the number of agents that will be attending the luncheon on Tuesday before the Thursday meeting.

NOTE: ANYONE CHOOSING TO HAVE AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE MUST DO SO AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.
